How Our Design-Build Remodeling Works
Design-build brings design and construction together under one team. Rather than coordinating a separate designer, architect, and contractor, you work with NorthLight from start to finish. Where your project calls for it, we handle design, engineering, architectural coordination, permitting, construction, and the finishing details.
Every project follows our Develop, Design, Construct, Complete process. During Pre-Construction, we define your scope, design, selections, and budget, and set final project pricing before construction begins. Once work is underway, we use Buildertrend for project communication and timeline updates, and our workmanship is covered by a 12-month warranty.
